While dental insurance has historically played a significant role in offsetting the costs of your dental care, recent years have seen substantial changes in the landscape. Monthly, insurance carriers impose new restrictions on dental procedures recommended for treating dental infections. In some unfortunate instances, insurance companies reduce, deny, or significantly delay reimbursement for reasonable treatment options, often without notification to either you or us.

Our commitment to your well-being remains steadfast. We will never compromise on the high standards of dental care we provide. However, we must address the challenges posed by prolonged delays in reimbursement, which often stretch to several months. The time invested in following up with insurance companies, taking us away from direct client care, is extensive, and results in frustrating claim denials.

We kindly request that all clients and guardians assume full responsibility for the costs of accepted and rendered treatments.

We will ask everyone to provide the estimated co-pay for all procedures on the day of treatment.

It is important that you keep us informed of any updates to your policy information at each appointment.

As a courtesy, we will still submit your insurance claim on your behalf. However, if your claim is denied, or we do not receive the full anticipated reimbursement within 30 days, we will resubmit the claim once. If no response is received within two weeks, we will send you an invoice directly for any unpaid balances.
